ABOUT ME

My name is Tim Place and I want to welcome you to my world. I am a real estate broker licensed in the great state of North Carolina. My family and I live and work in Swannanoa and we serve all of Western North Carolina and beyond. After spending a number of years in the food-service industry, I am applying my years of service and experience in-depth to neighbors in WNC. My wife and I have one grown son and daughter-in-law, and a grown granddaughter. The experience of years of food service in Long-Term Care spurned me on to establish myself as a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES-designation with the North Carolina Real Estate Commission), and Senior Placement Advisor, helping families secure the next level of care for their senior's needs, which oftentimes means selling a family home. We help families navigate the sometimes-difficult terrain that is senior services and we do work with any and all who are buying and/ or selling... 

My goal is to be of service to my community by helping as many folks as I can to find their first house, next house, house of their dreams, investment property, or preferred business location. I also have a passion helping in the sale of homes and have a long list of buyers who are always looking for their next location. I am a homeowner and investor myself, so I guess that qualifies me to a degree!  

I love meeting new folks and being involved in our beautiful community. My favorite thing to do is eat great food and explore the area trying out new joints. And THEN, go hiking and prepare for the next great eating adventure! Can't wait to meet you and help with your next real estate buy!
